The CA60 folder was designed to incorporate a series of inserts. The selection of inserts depends on the needs of the individual student or requirements of the school. Choices include the CA60A Elementary/Middle School Record, CA60B Secondary Scholastic Data, CA60C Health Record, CA60E Special Help Record, CA60G Guidance Report insert, CA60T Test Record insert, CA60BP Blank Pink and CA60BW Blank White inserts (these can be found by searching the series item numbers listed). Space is provided for recording student identification, attendance summary and access/transfer information.

Folders are triple scored at the bottom for 1/2” expansion. Printed on durable white index stock. Full size is 11 7/8” x 18 5/8” (Folded size is 11 7/8” x 9 5/16”). Sold in packages of 25.
